Alessio Anastasi, business partner at DAMA Partners Consulting Belgium, has cultivated a 15-year career in the hospitality industry, driven by a deep connection to fine food and fresh produce rooted in his childhood in Belgium. Collaborating with Dario in Melbourne, they launched diverse restaurants, including Nonna’s Cucina, Mama’s Boy Trattoria, Pizza e Birra, Stretched Pizza, and Long Story Short cafe.

Returning to Belgium in 2020, Alessio founded Dama Consulting in Europe, focusing on digital marketing, web, and graphic design.

In July 2023, his brother Gianluca joined forces, giving birth to AG-ency.

Gianluca, widely known as Chaz & Djalu, part of "De Goeie Jongens" collective. As accomplished music producer, he collaborated with numerous top rappers across Belgium, creating innovative beats and producing standout tracks. With a reputation for pushing boundaries in the Belgian rap scene.

AG-ency will spearhead digital marketing for Dama Consulting, allowing the latter to concentrate on Digital Marketing, Design, Graphic- & Web design.
